From design to delivery, in four clear steps.
You know up front what you supply, what we do and what you receive. One permanent point of contact, from first sketch to final delivery.
Design
The starting point is your (sketch) design, a preliminary design from the architect or structural engineer, or a programme of requirements: everything is a usable starting point. In a short intake we align scope, level of detail and planning, and you receive a fixed quote.
Development
We develop the design in Revit or AutoCAD, at the agreed level of detail. Ambiguities or bottlenecks in the design are raised with you immediately — with a proposed solution. For longer projects you receive interim progress for review.
Verification
Before delivery we verify every drawing internally: dimensions, connections, consistency between sheets and the model, and the agreed standards and conventions (such as BIM Basis ILS). Errors that would otherwise only surface on the construction site are caught here.
Delivery
You receive the final set in the formats you need: PDF for submission and consultation, DWG or RVT as source file, and IFC for exchange with other parties. Ready for permits, tendering, construction or management.
